By accessing or using the Zen Retreats at Shasta Lake website and booking our short-term rental properties, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from Zen Retreats. We reserve the right to decline any reservation at our sole discretion. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, as specified during the reservation process.

Check-in and check-out times are specified in your booking confirmation. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but is not guaranteed. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional charges, including up to a full additional night's rate.
